Your Heavenly Ham is fully cooked and we do not recommend heating
it prior to serving. For best flavor and texture, let ham sit at
room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving. Unused portions of hams
should be refrigerated
immediately after your meal and consumed within a week.
To freeze, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place in an airtight
plastic bag. The ham can be frozen for up to 45 days.
After thawing, product should be consumed within 2 days.
Carving Instructions
To carve your Heavenly Ham, insert
a knife into the ham at the bone and
cut in a circle as if you were coring
an apple. Then make cuts along the
natural lines of the ham’s surface
and along the bone.
Serving your Heavenly Turkey
Our turkeys come fully cooked and ready to serve. For best flavor
and texture we do not recommend heating the Boneless Turkeys.
Let the turkey sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to serving.
Whole turkeys must be reheated prior to serving. To reheat,
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the turkey from the
package and place in a roasting pan. Cover loosely with
foil. Bake for 90 minutes or until internal temperature
reaches 150 degrees F. Remove from the oven, and wait for 10
minutes before serving. If the turkey is frozen, thaw it in
the refrigerator for 48 hours, and then reheat as stated
above.
Unused portions of turkey should be refrigerated
immediately after your meal and consumed within a week.
To freeze, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place in an
airtight plastic bag. The turkey can be frozen for up to
14 days. After thawing, product should be consumed within 2 days.
What Size to Send or Serve?

One third pound per person is a good rule of thumb for a buffet or party; one half pound
per person for a more formal, sit-down dinner. The following table offers some suggested
serving sizes:
