Heavenly Ham & Smoked Turkey Italian Chopped Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups Heavenly Ham, diced
1 1/2 cups Heavenly Ham Smoked Turkey, diced
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, diced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1/4 cup slivered fresh basil
1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
Salad Dressing
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar and 1/4 cup of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine Heavenly Ham, Heavenly Ham Smoked Turkey, cheese, onion, olives, tomato, basil and lettuce. Add salad dressing - toss to mix.
Recipe tested by faculty and students of the culinary arts program at The Art Institute of Atlanta.
