Heavenly Breakfast Burritos

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup
Heavenly Ham
, diced
1 cup
Heavenly Ham Smoked Turkey
, diced
4 strips
Heavenly Ham Thick Cut Peppered Bacon
, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon butter
3 fresh eggs
1 tablespoon milk
6 small flour tortilla shells
6 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
salsa (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add
Heavenly Ham, Heavenly Ham Smoked Turkey
, and
Heavenly Ham Thick Cut Peppered Bacon
. Sauté for a minute over medium heat, stirring frequently.
In a bowl, scramble the eggs and milk. Pour over meat and stir. Cook until eggs are done, about 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. Spoon the egg/meat mixture evenly onto the flour tortilla shells. Sprinkle one tablespoon of shredded cheese onto each tortilla shell. Roll into the shape of a burrito. Grill each burrito on a hot griddle or in a hot skillet, rotating until sides are slightly brown. Serve with salsa if desired.
