Ham and Turkey Kabobs
INGREDIENTS:
Kabobs:
Cubed Ham
Cubed Turkey (fully cooked)
Pineapple
Red/Green Peppers
Onion
Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes
Glaze:
1 cup Orange Juice
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place a variety of the above items on skewer(s). Prepare the glaze and spread on each kabob. Place on grill or in broiler until vegetables are brown-will only take a few minutes. Serve over rice or with potatoes.
